To register and maintain a jlgm account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
jlgm is legally required to verify the age of every account holder. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport) during the KYC process. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended and funds held pending resolution. jlgm reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Providing false information about your age constitutes fraud and jlgm may refer such cases to relevant authorities.
Each individual may hold only one (1) jlgm account. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. jlgm is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlgm login credentials. jlgm staff will never ask you for your password. You must notify jlgm immediately through the live chat support function if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jlgm will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
jlgm is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and may require proof of payment method ownership. jlgm reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges until KYC verification is complete.
You may request closure of your jlgm account at any time by contacting customer support. jlgm may also close or suspend any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or subject to regulatory action, with or without prior notice and with forfeiture of applicable balances in cases of confirmed fraud.
jlgm accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, USDT, and Visa. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jlgm wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. jlgm is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods not associated with your identity, or accounts held by minors will be rejected and returned where possible, or held pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. jlgm targets a processing time of 5–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals; bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
jlgm reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds, are inconsistent with deposit history, or are otherwise flagged by jlgm's AML monitoring systems. Processing may be delayed during such reviews. jlgm will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected account holder.
All jlgm transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any conversion of foreign currency to PHP is conducted at prevailing exchange rates and conversion fees may apply.
jlgm offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of offer.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication disruption, jlgm reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the player's account. jlgm shall not be liable for any losses claimed to arise from a game malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact jlgm customer support within 48 hours of the disputed game round, providing the relevant game round ID. jlgm will investigate the dispute and communicate its findings within a reasonable timeframe. jlgm's determination, based on server-side game logs, shall be final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlgm platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
jlgm is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. We maintain AML monitoring systems and are obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Using jlgm for any form of money laundering is a criminal offence under Philippine law.
All content on the jlgm platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, software, user interface design, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of jlgm or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlgm platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No right, title, or interest in any jlgm content is transferred to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jlgm content without prior written authorisation.
jlgm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, transaction processing, customer support, and — where you have consented — marketing communications.
jlgm does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with regulated service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification partners) only to the extent necessary to deliver jlgm's services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlgm's liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to jlgm in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlgm shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or business; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind; (d) losses arising from third-party service provider failures (including payment processors or game providers); or (e) losses resulting from force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failures, or cyber-attacks, regardless of whether jlgm had been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits jlgm's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
jlgm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jlgm will notify active account holders by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive, applicable law, or urgent security considerations.
Your continued use of the jlgm platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure at any time.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the first instance, disputes should be directed to jlgm's customer support team, which will attempt to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support escalation, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations and guidelines.
The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above processes.
